The acquisition supports Microsoft’s strategy “to deliver the most complete IoT offering for enterprises,” he said. Integrating Solair’s technology into the Azure platform “will continue to enhance our complete IoT offering for the enterprise,” he said. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
