New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Jan. 12

For entries on or after Jan. 12, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the China-wide rate. The new rates are as follows:

ExporterAD Rate
Changshan Peer Bearing Co., Ltd./Shanghai General Bearing Co., Ltd.0.91%
Ningbo Xinglun Bearings Import & Export Co., Ltd.0.91%
Xinchang Kaiyuan Automotive Bearing Co., Ltd.0.91%
China-wide rate*92.84%

China-wide rate. Companies subject to the China-wide rate include Yantai CMC Bearing Co. Ltd.

Assessment Rates For Entries June 2013 - May 2014

Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise from companies under review for entries from June 1, 2013 through May 31, 2014. The agency will calculate importer-specific assessment rates for entries of subject merchandise from Changshan Peer Bearing and Shanghai General Bearing. Entries from Ningbo Xinglun and Xinchang Kaiyuan will be assessed AD duties at the 0.91% rate they received in this review, and entries from the China-wide companies, including Yantai CMC, will be assessed AD duties at the 92.84% China-wide rate.

(The review period is 06/01/13 -- 05/31/14. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1507060067 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
