New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Jan. 11

New cash deposit rates take effect for subject merchandise produced or exported by the three companies under review, entered on or after Jan. 11. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate are subject to the China-wide rate. The new rates are as follows:

Producer/ExporterAD Rate
Heze Huayi Chemical Co., Ltd.zero
Hebei Jiheng Chemical Co., Ltd.1.15%
Juancheng Kangtai Chemical Co., Ltd.zero

Assessment Rates

As a result of the zero rates it calculated for Heze Huayi and Juancheng Kangtai, Commerce will direct CBP to liquidate subject merchandise produced or exported by these companoies, with a time of entry between June 1, 2013 and May 31, 2014, without regard to AD duties. Commerce will calculate importer-specific rates for entries from Hebei Jiheng. Unliquidated entries of subject merchandise from all other Chinese producers and exporters during the period under review are liquidated at the cash deposit rate in effect at time of entry.

(The review period is 06/01/13 -- 05/31/14. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1507070019 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
