  • Country of Origin Labeling (COOL) repealed. The Minister of International Trade Chrystia Freeland and the Minister of Agriculture Lawrence MacAulay have issued a statement that the United States Country of Origin Labeling (COOL) for beef and pork has been repealed. (here)
  • Updated information for the Single Window Initiative (SWI). The CBSA has issued Customs Notice 15-038 which provides further information for commercial importers, custom brokers and software/service for the Single Window Initiative (SWI). (here)
