New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Dec. 14

New cash deposit rates take effect for subject merchandise produced or exported by the companies under review, entered on or after Dec. 14. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the all others rate. The new rates are as follows:

Producer/ExporterAD Rate
RZBC Import & Export Co., Ltd.zero
Laiwu Taihe Biochemistry Co., Ltd.6.61%

Assessment Rates

As a result of RZBC's zero rate, Commerce will direct CBP to liquidate subject merchandise produced or exported by RZBC, with a time of entry between May 1, 2013 and April 30, 2014, without regard to AD duties. Commerce will calculate importer-specific rates for entries from Laiwu Taihe.

(The review period is 05/01/13 -- 04/30/14. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1506080015 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
