Companies that didn't get a rate in this review (i.e., all exporters except Green Packing) will continue to be subject to the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will continue to be subject to the China-wide rate.
Commerce will assess AD duties on importers of subject merchandise from Green Packing entered between Nov. 1, 2013 and Oct. 31, 2014 at the 76.72% China-wide rate.
(The review period is 11/01/13 -- 10/31/14. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1508110014 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
