New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Nov. 12
For entries on or after Nov. 12, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the China-wide rate. The new rates are as follows:
Exporter | AD Rate |
---|---|
Shanghai Wells Hanger Co., Ltd | 33.24% |
China-wide rate* | 187.25% |
China-wide rate. Companies subject to the China-wide rate include Ningbo Dasheng Hanger Industry Co., Ltd.
Assessment Rates For Entries November 2012 - October 2013
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise from companies under review for entries from Oct. 1, 2013 through Sept. 30, 2014. The agency will calculate importer-specific assessment rates for entries of subject merchandise from Shanghai Wells. Entries from the China-wide companies will be assessed AD duties at the 187.25% China-wide rate.
(The review period is 10/01/13 -- 09/30/14. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1507140017 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
