New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Nov. 10

For entries on or after Nov. 10, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the original investigation, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate are subject to the China-wide rate. The new rates are as follows:

Producer/ExporterAD Rate
Foshan Zhaoshun Trade Co., Ltd.4.29%
Guangdong Dongyuan Kitchenware Industrial Co., Ltd.2.82%
Guangdong New Shichu Import & Export Co. Ltd.4.29%
Guangdong Yingao Kitchen Utensils Co., Ltd.8.06%
Yuyao Afa Kitchenware Co., Ltd.4.29%
Zhongshan Newecan Enterprise Development Corp. Limited4.29%
Zhongshan Superte Kitchenware Co., Ltd.4.29%

China-wide rate. Commerce also found the following companies ineligible for their own AD duty rates, and thus subject to the China-wide rate of 76.45%: Feidong Import & Export Co., Ltd.; Shunde Native Produce Import & Export Co, Ltd. of Guangdong; and Zhongshan Silk Import & Export Group Co., Ltd. of Guangdong.

(The review period is 03/01/13 -- 02/28/14. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1505060018 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
