China Potassium Permanganate: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on potassium permanaganate from China (A-570-001) (here). Commerce again found the only respondent, Pacific Accelerator Limited, had no shipments of subject merchandise to the U.S. during the period of review. As such, this company's AD cash deposit rate will not change. Any suspended entries that entered under PAL’s antidumping duty case numbers will be assessed AD duties at the China-wide rate.
