China Boltless Steel Shelving: Commerce Announces Final AD/CVD Rates

The Commerce Department announced its final antidumping and countervailing duty determinations on boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale from China, in a fact sheet detailing its final determinations. The agency calculated adjusted AD cash deposit rates of 1.49% to 96.62%, and CV duty rates of 12.4% to 80.45%, for Chinese exporters. Changes to AD duty cash deposit requirements will take effect on the day Commerce's final determination is published in the Federal Register. Cash deposits of CV duties are currently not required because of the expiration of the four-month period during which Commerce can require cash deposits without an order in place.
