China Multilayered Wood Flooring: Final Results of CV Admin Review

The Commerce Department issued the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on multilatyered wood flooring from China (C-570-971) (here). These final results will be used to set final assessments of CV duties on importers for subject merchandise entered in 2012 from the nearly 90 companies under review.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect July 14

For entries on or after July 14, Commerce is setting new CV duty cash deposit rates. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recently completed review of that company, and companies that have never been assigned an CV duty rate will get the all others rate. The new rates are as follows:
