China Solar Cells: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China (A-570-979) (here). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise entered May 25, 2012 through Nov. 30, 2013 and exported by over 60 companies under review.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect July 14
For entries on or after July 14, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the China-wide rate. The new rates are as follows:

Assessment Rates For Entries May 2012 - November 2013
Commerce is setting assessments of AD duties at the rates listed above for importers of subject merchandise from companies under review for entries from May. 25, 2012 through Nov. 30, 2013. The agency said it will set importer-specific assessments of AD duties for subject merchandise from Yingli and Wuxi. Assessments on importers from subject merchandise from the other exporters under review will be set at the rates listed above.
