Companies that didn't get a rate in this review (i.e., all exporters except Overseas Industrial) will continue to be subject to the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will continue to be subject to the China-wide rate.

Commerce will assess AD duties on importers of subject merchandise from Overseas Industrial entered between April 1, 2013 and March 31, 2014 at the 75.5% China-wide rate.

(The review period is 04/01/13 -- 03/31/14. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1501070020 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
