Companies that didn't get a rate in this review (i.e., all exporters except Shandong Rongxin) will continue to be subject to the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will continue to be subject to the China-wide rate.
Commerce will assess AD duties on importers of subject merchandise from Shandong Rongxin entered between Dec. 1, 2012 and Nov. 30, 2013 at the 114.9% China-wide rate.
(The review period is 12/01/12 -- 11/30/13. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1501020007 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
