China Lock Washers: Amended Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department lowered rates for exporters of helical spring lock washers from China (A-570-822) (here), after correcting errors in its recently issued final results of an administrative review (see 1503160013). These amended final results will be used to set assessments of AD duties on importers for entries between Oct. 1, 2012 and Sept. 30, 2013.

Amended Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect April 17
Commerce is amending AD duty cash deposit rates for the following exporters of subject merchandise:

*Includes Suzhou Guoxin Group Wang Shun Imp. and Exp. Co., Ltd., among other companies.
​Assessment Rates For Entries October 2012 - September 2013
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Oct. 1, 2012 and Sept. 30, 2013. For entries exported by the Jiangsu RC, Commerce will calculate a specific AD duty rate for each importer. For entries from companies in the China-wide entity, Commerce will assess duties at the 189.91% China-wide rate.
