Companies that didn't get a rate in this review, including Fengchi Imp. and Exp. Co., Ltd. of Haicheng City, will continue to be subject to the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will continue to be subject to the China-wide rate.
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Sept. 1, 2012 and Aug. 31, 2013. For entries exported by the China-wide companies, the agency will assess AD duties at the 236% China-wide rate.
(The review period is 09/01/12 -- 08/31/13. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 14100811 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
