China Polyester Staple Fiber: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on polyester staple fiber from China (A-570-905) (here). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for entries between June 2012 and May 2013.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Jan. 28
For entries on or after Jan. 28, Commerce is setting a new AD duty cash deposit rate for one exporter. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the all others rate of 44.3%. The new rates are as follows:

Assessment Rates For Entries June 2012 - May 2013
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between June 1, 2012 and May 31, 2013. Commerce will calculate a specific AD duty rate for each importer of subject merchandise from Takayasu.
