China Chlorinated Isocyanurates: Final Results of AD Admin Review

The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on multilayered wood flooring from China (A-570-970) (here). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for entries between June 2012 and May 2013. Commerce determined that Jiheng and Kangtai did not dump subject merchandise during the period of review, so entries from these two companies will not be assessed AD duties for the review period, and future entries from Jiheng and Kangtai will not be subject to AD duty cash deposit requirements until further notice.
