China Wood Flooring: Final Results of AD New Shipper Reviews for Three Cos.

The Commerce Department issued the final results of its antidumping duty new shipper reviews on multilayered wood flooring from China (A-570-970) (here). In this review, Commerce is setting new individual cash deposit rates for three companies -- Dalian Huade Wood Product Co., Ltd.; Linyi Bonn Flooring Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; and Zhejiang Fuerjia Wooden Co., Ltd. -- that were previously subject to the China-wide rate. The agency calculated zero percent AD rates for all three companies, so no cash deposits will be required for subject merchandise both produced and exported by each until further notice.
