New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Oct. 31
Commerce assigned the only individually investigated company, Hebei Donghua Jiheng Fine Chemical Co., Ltd., to the China-wide entity for its alleged lack of cooperation. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the China-wide rate. Rates are as follows:
Exporter | AD Rate |
---|---|
China-wide rate* | 435.79% |
*The China-wide rate also applies to 31 companies that had no shipments during the period of review and will remain part of the China-wide entity. See Commerce's notice for a full list.
Assessment Rates For Entries March 2012 - February 2013
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between March 1, 2012 and Feb. 28, 2013. For entries exported by the China-wide companies, including Fine Chemical, the agency will assess AD duties at the 435.79% China-wide rate.
(The review period is 03/01/12 -- 02/28/13. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 13122414 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
