China Narrow Woven Ribbon: Final Results of AD Admin Review

The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on narrow woven ribbon with woven selvedge from China (A-570-952). These final results will be used to set assessments of AD duties on importers for entries between Sept. 1, 2012 and Aug. 31, 2013. New AD duty cash deposit rates set in this review will take effect Oct. 10.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Oct. 10

Commerce assigned the only individually investigated company, Yangzhou Bestpak Gifts & Crafts Co., Ltd., to the China-wide entity for its lack of cooperation. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the China-wide rate. Rates are as follows:

Assessment Rates For Entries September 2012 - August 2013

Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Sept. 1, 2012 and Aug. 31, 2013. For entries exported by the China-wide companies, including Yangzhou Bestpak, the agency will assess AD duties at the 247.65% China-wide rate.
