New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Sept. 26
Commerce assigned both individually investigated companies, Zhanjiang Newpro Foods and Hilltop International, as well as nearly 100 other exporters, to the China-wide entity. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the China-wide rate. The new rates are as follows:
Exporter | AD Rate |
---|---|
China-wide rate | 112.81% |
(See Commerce's notice for the full list of nearly 100 companies that were assigned the China-wide rate.)

Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Feb. 1, 2012 and Jan. 31, 2013. For entries exported by the China-wide companies, including Hilltop and Newpro, the agency will assess AD duties at the 112.81% China-wide rate.
