New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Aug. 4
For entries on or after Aug. 4, Commerce is setting new CV duty cash deposit rates on multilayered wood flooring from China. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the original investigation, and companies that have never been assigned an CV duty rate will get the all others rate. The new rates are as follows:
Exporter | CV Rate |
---|---|
Armstrong Wood Products (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. | 0.98% |
The Lizhong Wood Industry Limited Company of Shanghai / Linyi Youyou Wood Co., Ltd. | 0.67% |
Fine Furniture (Shanghai) Limited / Great Wood (Tonghua) Limited / FF Plantation (Shishou) Limited | 1.21% |
Average Rate (for 87 companies) | 0.83% |
Average rate companies. The 0.83% average CV rate applies to 87 companies that were under review but not individually reviewed by Commerce. See Commerce's notice for a full list of these 87 companies.
No shipments companies. Commerce said Changzhou Hawd Flooring Co., Ltd. was under review, but demonstrated that it had no shipments of wood flooring to the U.S. during the period under review. As such, subject merchandise from Changzhou Hawd Flooring will continue to enter at CV cash deposit rates set during the original investigation.
Assessment Rates For Entries April 2011 - December 2011
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of CV duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between April 6, 2011 and Dec. 31, 2011.
(The review period is 04/06/11 -- 12/31/11. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 14012420 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
