OFAC added the following Lebanese citizens to the SDN list as counterterrorism designations:
- Amhaz, Issam Mohamad
- Amhaz, Kamel Mohamad
- Ibrahim, Ayman
- Khalifeh, Hanna Elias
- Zeaiter, Ali
