with several other companies, continued to import infringing ground fault circuit interrupters in violation of a general exclusion order issued in 2012 (see 12050332). An administrative law judge in May recommended a cease and desist order against AED, but did not recommend a seizure and forfeiture order. The enforcement proceeding has been ongoing since October 2012 (see 12103119). Comments on public interest factors raised by this enforcement proceeding are due by Aug. 16.
