Assessment of AD duties is still on hold, pending litigation at the Court of International Trade (see 11110708). Ehwa's new zero AD rate means it will join Shinhan in having its entries liquidated without regard to AD duties, once the court allows assessment to proceed. The order was revoked for all entries made after Oct. 24, 2011, so no cash deposits are required for such entries (see 11102822).
