- HR-2158, exempts from 1981 Lacey Act amendments the expedited removal of certain snake species from the U.S., and for other purposes; introduced by Rep. John Fleming, R-La., on May 23.
- HR-2188, amends title 37 of the U.S. code to ensure footwear furnished or obtained by allowance for enlisted members of the Armed Forces upon their initial entry into the Armed Forces complies with domestic source requirements; introduced by Rep. Michael Michaud, D-Maine, on May 23. The Senate version of the bill, S-1051, was introduced by Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine.
