China Garlic: AD New Shipper Review Begins for Shijiazhuang Goodman

The International Trade Administration initiated a new shipper review for the antidumping duty order on fresh garlic from China (A-570-831) at the request of Shijiazhuang Goodman Trading Co. for merchandise it exports to the U.S. produced by Jinxiang Zhongtian Business Co. The ITA will instruct CBP to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a bond or security, in lieu of an AD cash deposit, for entries of the subject merchandise produced by Zhongtian and exported by Goodman, until completion of the review.

(The period of review is 11/01/11 - 10/31/12. See ITA notice for more information, including deadlines for the preliminary and final results, etc.)
