NAFTA Panel to Hear Challenge of Mexico Copper Pipe New Shipper Review
A NAFTA panel will hear a challenge of the results of an antidumping new shipper review of seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Mexico (A-201-838), said the International Trade Administration. Mexico-based GD Affiliates, which formed part of the entity investigated in the ITA proceeding, requested the panel review. The collective entity, Golden Dragon, was assigned an AD rate of 5.53 percent by the ITA.
