Korea Carbon Steel Flat Products: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The International Trade Administration issued the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from Korea (A-580-816) for seven companies.1 All seven companies were preliminarily assigned a zero AD rate. These preliminary results are not in effect. The ITA may modify them in the final results of this review and change the estimated AD cash deposit rate for these companies.

The ITA finds the following preliminary AD rates:

1The ITA also rescinded this review with respect to Pohang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (POSCO) and Pohang Coated Steel Co., Ltd. (POCOS) (collectively, POSCO), because the AD order was revoked with respect to this company in the final results of the prior administrative review of this AD duty order.
2The following five companies were assigned the review-specific average rate of zero: Dongkuk Industries Co., Ltd.; Haewon MSC Co. Ltd.; LG Chem., Ltd.; LG Hausys, Ltd.; and Union Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
