The ITA’s proposed rule would modify the definition of factual information at 19 CFR 351.102(b)(21) to define the specific types of factual information the ITA accepts in AD/CV proceedings, and would modify the time limits for submission of factual information in 19 CFR 351.301 to make these deadlines more specific to each type of information and to change the current time limits for certain kinds of factual information.

The Committee to Support U.S. Trade Laws (CSUSTL) requested the extension due to the “complexity and far-reaching consequences” of the proposed changes.

Comments received on the proposed rule, as well as CSUSTL’s extension request, are available here.
