China Honey: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review

The International Trade Administration issued the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on honey from China (A-570-863) for Dongtai Peak Honey Industry Co. According to the ITA, Peak submitted its response to a supplemental questionnaire after the deadline, so the ITA assigned it an adverse facts available (AFA) rate. Additionally, the supplemental questionnaire at issue contained questions on Peak's separate-rate status, so the ITA relied on AFA and placed peak in the China-wide entity. These preliminary results are not in effect. The ITA may modify them in the final results of this review and change the estimated AD cash deposit rate for these companies.
