1Should the ITA continue to find that these companies had zero dumping margins in the final results of this review, it will instruct CBP to liquidate all entries of subject merchandise exported by these companies without regard to antidumping duties and not collect a cash deposit.

2The ITA preliminarily found that Bellini and Marsan were only affiliated during the last month of the period of review.

(The period of review is 07/01/10 -- 06/30/11. See ITA notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, targeted dumping allegation for Marsan (which the ITA said it would address in the final results), etc. See ITT's Online Archives 11082905 for summary of the initiation of this administrative review.)
