China Tapered Roller Bearings: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The International Trade Administration issued the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished or unfinished, from China (A-570-601) for two companies. The ITA also said it is rescinding this administrative review with respect to Xinchang Kaiyuan Automotive Bearing Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Sihe Machine Co., Ltd. because they withdrew their requests for review, and said it will rescind the review for Tianshui Hailin in the final results for the same reason if the final results do not review the China-wide rate (Tianshui Hailin is part of the China-wide entity). These preliminary results are not in effect. The ITA may modify them in the final results of this review and change the estimated AD cash deposit rate for these companies.
