ITC Corrects Request for Comments on Electronic Imaging Devices Patent Complaint
The International Trade Commission issued a correction to its May 30 request for comments on the patent complaint, filed on behalf of FlashPoint Technology, Inc., regarding certain electronic imaging devices (D/N 2898). Comments on any public interest issues that might affect ITC consideration, including whether the issuance of a exclusion order and/or cease and desist order would impact the public interest, are now due by June 12, 2012. The ITC’s corrected list of respondents is as follows:
