CBP states that on July 22, 2008, the provisional-measures period expired; however, the suspension of liquidation of entries of subject merchandise may have continued. Accordingly, for suspended entries of certain steel nails from China that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the 3-day period, CBP should terminate the suspension of liquidation and liquidate the entries without regard to antidumping duties (i.e., release all bonds and refund all cash deposits).
CBP notes that there are no injunctions applicable to the entries covered by this instruction. Additionally, the interest provisions of Section 778 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, do not apply.
