ITC Receives Video Display Patent Complaint Against 2 Innolux Firms
The International Trade Commission has received a patent complaint filed on behalf of Mondis Technology, Ltd., which alleges violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in the importation into the U.S., the sale for importation, and the sale within the U.S. after importation of certain video displays and products using and containing same.

The complaint names the following companies as respondents:
- Chimei Innolux Corporation of Taiwan; and
- Innolux Corporation of Austin, TX.
