Letters supplementing the complaint were filed on December 21, 2011, and December 22, 2011. The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in the importation into the U.S. and sale of certain Blu-ray disc players, components thereof, and products containing same that infringe a patent asserted by Walker Digital.
