AD/CV Petitions Filed Against Washing Machines from Korea, Mexico
On December 30, 2011, Whirlpool Corporation filed antidumping duty petitions against residential clothes washers from South Korea and Mexico, and a countervailing duty petition against the same products from South Korea, with the International Trade Administration and the International Trade Commission.

Whirlpool is alleging dumping margins of 31.03% - 106.91% from Korea, and 64.99% - 74.97% from Mexico.
