AD/CV Duty Admin Reviews Initiated that May Change Cash Rates
The International Trade Administration has initiated administrative reviews of certain companies subject to antidumping and/or countervailing duty orders, which may result in new estimated AD or CV cash deposit rates for the listed firms. The ITA intends to issue the final results of these administrative reviews no later than November 30, 2012.

China Firms Must File to Seek or Certify "Separate Rate" Status
Separate-rate applications or certifications from listed companies in non-market economy (NME) countries (e.g., China) that wish to apply, or certify continued eligibility, for separate rate status, as well as notices of no sales from listed companies, are due by approximately February 28, 2012.1
Request to Revoke China Fresh Garlic Order for One Exporter
The ITA has received a timely request to revoke the AD duty order on fresh garlic from China for one exporter.
