China Lined Paper: Amended Final Results of AD Admin Review for 3 Cos
The International Trade Administration is amending the final results of its first administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain lined paper products from China (A-570-901). ITA has recalculated the rates for the separate rate companies in this administrative review due to a Court of International Trade decision. The amended rates, which are officially effective December 6, 2011, are expected to be implemented by U.S. Customs and Border Protection soon.
