Thailand Polyethylene Retail Bags: Amended AD Final Results Rates
The International Trade Administration is amending the final results for its recently published antidumping duty administrative review of polyethylene retail carrier bags from Thailand (A-549-821) in order to correct several errors in calculations that resulted in the understatement of the AD cash deposit rate for Landblue (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and five other non-selected companies1. The amended rates, which are officially effective November 3, 2011, are expected to be implemented by U.S. Customs and Border Protection soon.
