ITC Receives Patent Complaint Against Zep & Canadian Solar on Solar Systems
The International Trade Commission states it has received a patent complaint filed on behalf of Westinghouse Solar Inc., which alleges violations of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in the importation into the U.S., the sale for importation, and the sale within the U.S. after importation of certain integrated solar systems and components thereof. The complaint names as respondents Zep Solar, Inc. of CA; Canadian Solar Inc. of Canada; and Canadian Solar (USA) Inc. of CA.
