AD/CV Duty Admin Reviews Initiated that May Change Cash Rates

The International Trade Administration has initiated administrative reviews of certain companies subject to antidumping and/or countervailing duty orders, which may result in new estimated AD/CV cash deposit rates for the listed firms. The ITA intends to issue the final results of these administrative reviews no later than July 31, 2012. See ITA notice for the list of companies that will be reviewed.

China and Vietnam Firms Must File to Seek "Separate Rate" Status

Separate-rate certifications or applications from listed companies in non-market economy (NME) countries (e.g., China and Vietnam) that wish to certify continued, or apply for, separate rate status (to get a rate other than the country-wide rate), as well as notices of no sales from listed companies, are due by approximately December 2, 2011.1
