Birthing Simulators: ITC Issues LEO & C/D Orders, Sets 100% Bond
The International Trade Commission has issued a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order in its section 337 patent-based investigation of certain birthing simulators and associated systems (337-TA-759).The LEO and C/D orders prohibit the unlicensed importation, sale for importation, sale/advertising within the U.S. after importation, etc. of birthing simulators and associated systems covered by one or more of certain listed claims of patents that are manufactured by or on behalf of Shanghai Honglian and Shanghai Evenk or their affiliate companies, successors, etc.. The bond for entries during the 60-day Presidential review period is set at 100%.
