AD/CV Duty Order Administrative Reviews Initiated
The International Trade Administration has initiated administrative reviews of certain companies subject to 10 antidumping duty orders, 4 countervailing duty orders or one suspended agreement in order to review and then set their AD/CV rate for the listed 2010/2011 review periods. The ITA intends to issue the final results of these administrative reviews not later than July 31, 2012.

Separate-rate certifications or applications from listed firms in non-market economy (NME) countries (e.g., China) that wish to certify continued, or apply for, separate rate status, as well notices of no sales from listed firms, are due by October 25, 2011. Affiliate requests by domestic interested parties to determine whether AD duties have been absorbed by a listed firm, for subject goods sold in the U.S. through an affiliated importer, are due by September 26.1

1This applies during any administrative review covering all or part of a period falling between the first and second or third and fourth anniversary of the publication of an AD duty order under 19 CFR 351.211 or a determination under 19 CFR 351.218(f)(4) to continue an order or suspended investigation (after sunset review).
