China Garlic: Bonding Option Ends for 3 Firms in AD New Shipper Reviews
The International Trade Administration has issued notice of its final rescission of the antidumping new shipper reviews of fresh garlic from China (A-570-831) for Jining Yifa Garlic Produce Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Bainong Co., Ltd., and Yantai Jinyan Trading Inc. As a result, their temporary AD duty bonding option is being discontinued, and an AD cash deposit will once again be required effective August 22, 2011.
