China Certain Lined Paper Products: Intent to Revoke AD Duty Order in Part
The International Trade Administration is initiating a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain line paper products from China (A-570-901) and preliminarily intends to revoke, in part, the AD duty order as it relates to Five Star® Advance™ notebooks and notebook organizers without polyvinyl chloride coatings.

Based on the expression of no interest by companies accounting for substantially all of the production of the domestic like product to which the AD order pertains, the ITA preliminarily determines that the domestic producers of the like product have no interest in the continued application of the subject AD duty order with respect to the Five Star® Advance™ notebooks and notebook organizers without PVC coatings that are subject to this review.
The ITA preliminarily intends to change the scope of the order on certain lined paper products from China to include the exclusion of the notebooks and notebook organizers described above.
