ITC Votes to End AD Order on PET Film from Korea
The International Trade Commission has made a determination in its five year sunset review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film from Korea, concluding that revoking this order would not be likely to lead to a continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonable foreseeable time. As a result of this ITC negative determination, the existing order on imports of this product from Korea will be revoked.

The Commission instituted this review on September 1, 2010 and determined on February 8, 2011 that it would conduct a full review.
