Germany, Italy, Mexico SS Sheet & Strip: Three AD Orders Revoked
The International Trade Administration is revoking the antidumping duty orders on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Germany, Italy, and Mexico (A-428-825, A-475-824, A-201-822) effective for goods with a time of entry on or after effective July 25, 2010, due to the ITC's sunset review determination that revocation would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S.

The ITA adds that entries of subject merchandise prior to the effective date of revocation will continue to be subject to suspension of liquidation and antidumping duty deposit requirements, and the ITA will complete any pending administrative reviews of these orders.
